Renting the Mobile way that actually works for you
- You can search all properties or only properties which match your profile
- Any property matching your profile, can be added to your "Watch List"
- Once a property is added to your Watch List you are able to send messages to the Owner of the place and request a viewing of the property.
- When the Owner of the property and you agree on a proposed viewing, the time of the viewing will be shown in the "Booked Property Viewings" area.
- The Owner of the place can offer you the property at any time - if you like the place you can accept it. If you don't like the place then you can decline the property and continue looking for your ideal place. You can avoid some uncomfortable moments by not making your phone number available.
- All declined properties will be shown in the "Declined Properties" area.
- If a place you were watching is rented to another person, then it will be displayed in "Declined Properties" for a week to inform you that the property is no longer available.
How to I add a profile photo
In the Update User Account area you are able to delete and upload a new picture of yourself by using the Upload Image.
Why is The Currency Incorrect?
Now if you have the incorrect Currency type, you are able to change the Preferred Currency in the Update User Account's area.
How Long to Win a Place
There are no guarantees, however it can take from a couple of days to a month to find a place.
